Commissions: Detailed TOS

By commissioning me you state that you have read and agree to these terms

> Describe your commission. As much detail as possible would be great. This could be canvas dimensions, character/s, pose, colour palette, mood and context of piece, etc. Reference photos highly appreciated. It would be preferable to send the official commission order as an email for organisation reasons, but any further discussion can take place over social media or direct messaging.> Payment must be upfront and in full. Payment via PayPal (details will be provided once I have accepted a commission) is expected within 48 hours after I agree to a commission. Any currency is ok, but it must equate to the exact GBP price of your commission. I will not start your piece until payment has been received.> I will send you the cleaned sketch. The first three revisions of this are free, and additional revisions will cost +20% total price per revision. I will not be allowing changes that stray to far from the original concept.> I can provide updates on the piece at your request. However, once I begin colouring, the piece can no longer be revised, except for minor colour corrections before I begin shading.> Once your piece is done, I will message you via your preferred method of contact. The piece will then be emailed to you as a PNG file via a google drive link to ensure highest picture quality.

Deadlines / Cancellations / Payment

> Deadlines must be flexible. I will not agree to a commission with a deadline of under 14 days.> Please be patient. Time commission is finished in will depend on my workload, personal life, studies, other commissions, etc.> If I run into complications meaning your commission will be delayed, I will inform you via your preferred method of contact.> I may post other artwork before your commission. This will not mean I am not working on your piece. Please do not be alarmed.> I will be accepting no more than 3 commissions at once. I am a full-time student, so please be patient. If I do not accept your commission because there are no free slots, feel free to message me once a slot has become open. You can see my commissions status and slots in my twitter bio.> Both I and the client have right to cancel a commission before the piece has been started, in which case, a refund will be paid in full.> In other cases, refunds are not available. Unless I offer one, refunds will not be given once the piece has been started.

Prohibited Actions

> I, the artist, retain full rights to the artwork. Client may not claim it as their own. Use of my artwork as reference, tracing, or repurposing parts of the image is strictly prohibited.> Artwork must not be altered. Editing and recolouring of the original artwork is strictly prohibited. My watermark must not be cropped or removed.> Artwork may not be used in AI projects. Use of artwork as a prompt, reference, or otherwise in association with or in AI generated media.> Client may repost artwork anywhere with credit. Client has the right to repost their commissioned artwork, provided that credit is given via link and my watermark is present, intact, and unaltered. Usage of artwork in social media profile pictures is allowed, provided that a link to my profile is in the bio.> Artwork is for personal use only. Redistribution and commercial use is prohibited. Client may not use artwork in promotion of goods, services, or social media, or in merchandise. Client may not profit off the commissioned artwork.
